Psychotherapy is my second career. I started out in the business world--public relations and investor relations--and although I loved the work, it was ultimately unrewarding for me. I wanted to work with people, to really stand side-by-side with someone in crisis and not only help heal their pain but also help uncover their strengths. So after years of working in Manhattan, I went back to school and received my M asters in Social Work (MSW) from Boston College in 1997.

I have over 19 years of experience as a psychotherapist with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. And I've loved every minute of it.
