Rates/Cancellation Policy

I am not a member of any managed-care panels, which means I am considered "out-of-network." This need not be an obstacle to us working together; if you have out-of-network benefits, the detailed invoice I provide can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. I encourage you to check with your insurance provider to determine your out-of-network benefits, including rate of reimbursement, deductible information, number of visits allowed per year, and whether a pre-authorization is needed. I am also happy to make that phone call for you if it would be helpful.

Fees are generally discussed during the first phone call.

I am flexible regarding the timing of billing, that is, you may choose to pay each session, or I can bill you once a month. I do not take credit cards.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to change or cancel an appointment for any reason, please give at least 24 hours notice. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the full cost of the missed session.
